Return Address:

• Returned merchandise must have tags attached and be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT within 7 days from the date your order is delivered to you or the date you receive your “ready for pickup” email. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

• Your credit will not include discount codes used for the purchase you are returning. This includes reward discount codes for $5 or 20% off. If you used a GIFT CARD, your credit will include the amount used for that purchase. 

• Customer pays for return label to ship back return

•Once your item is received (shipped back or hung on the door) your credit will be sent to your email

• Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and process your store credit. 

• We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
